Order Processing

Our pit crew processes all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two ways to get your high-performance parts to your track:

1. Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx)

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Flat rate: $12.95 USD
  • Recommended for urgent orders

2. Free Shipping (EMS)

  • Available for orders over $50 USD
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Shipping times may vary for international destinations. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

Returns & Exchanges

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Our pit crew will help you get back on track within 15 days of delivery.

Pit Crew Checklist for Returns/Exchanges

  • Time Limit: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all accessories
  • Proof: Include original invoice or order number
  • Non-Returnable: See restricted items below

The Return Process (Our “Pit Stop Procedure”)

Step 1: Request Authorization

Email our pit crew at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) for return
  • Reason for return
  • Request for exchange or refund

Step 2: Receive Your RMA

Within 48 hours, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Never send items without an RMA – they cannot be processed!

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely in original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing (The “Tuning Phase”)

Once received, we’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when:

  • Your exchange ships (with tracking number)
  • Or your refund is processed

Refund Details (The “Payout Lap”)

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Method: Original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Details (The “Quick Change”)

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is approved
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
  • Expedited shipping available at additional cost

Non-Returnable Items (The “Permanent Mods”)

Some high-performance parts can’t be returned for safety and hygiene reasons:

  • Opened fuel containers (3.5cc/.21+ engine fuels)
  • Used air filters
  • Custom-ordered 1/8 scale wings
  • Clearance/special order items (marked at purchase)

International Returns (Global Racing Rules)

  • Return shipping is at customer’s expense
  • Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
  • Processing may take additional 3-5 business days
