ProTek RC Sales specializes in high-performance RC components for enthusiasts who demand championship-grade equipment. Our products include:

• Nitro engines (.21, .21+) and fuel systems
• LiPo battery systems (1S-6S configurations)
• Scale components (1/8 scale wings, body parts)
• Brushless motors and high-performance bearings
• Support equipment (chargers, testers, reamers)

Our products are designed for experienced RC hobbyists who understand proper handling of high-performance components.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Account Security

When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2.2 Age Requirements

Certain products (like fuel systems) may have age restrictions. By purchasing, you confirm you meet all legal requirements.

2.3 Product Use

3. Ordering & Payment

3.1 Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items.

Our “pit crew” processes orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days)
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days)

4.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Contact us if unsure about your location.

4.4 Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for all customs fees and import duties.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

Our “Pit Stop Procedure” allows returns within 15 days of delivery if items are:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• Include all accessories
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened fuel containers
• Used air filters
• Custom-ordered parts (1/8 scale wings, etc.)
• Clearance/special order items

5.3 Refund Process

Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after return inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on rcpartssupply.com, including logos, product designs, and technical specifications, are the property of ProTek RC Sales and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
